Pick-Up

We offer you the option to pick up your order from our store at no extra cost. You are able to select this option on checkout and will be notified when your cake will be ready for collection.

Cakes need to stay cool and be refrigerated, so please remember to take that into consideration when you order a large cake.

Please note that your cake cannot travel hundreds of kilometers without special care, so please chat to us about special care instructions and advice. We cannot take responsibility for a cake once it has left our premises.

When transporting a cake it must be placed on a flat surface, so the boot of a car is best! Make sure your boot is clean and has space. We’ve seen some weird and wonderful boots!!

Please try and collect your cake yourself. That way we can fix anything you may be dissatisfied with. We do not take cakes back to change due to the fact that it may have stood out of a fridge for who knows how long.
